The price is always for the entire cabin (not per person). The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.

Dining during your stay
At Chalúpka Slnečnica, you have several dining options. Simple meals can be prepared directly in the cabin – a two-burner cooktop, electric kettle, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are all available. Preparing breakfast, dinner, or small snacks is easy and convenient.
If you prefer to relax completely, the nearest restaurant is about a 5-minute drive away, with more dining options available in the center of Brezno (approximately 10 minutes). Food delivery to the cabin is also possible – pizza, burgers, and other meals from nearby restaurants can be delivered right to your door, so you can stay comfortable and enjoy your time together.

How many guests can stay in the cabin?
The cabin is primarily prepared for 2 adults. Upon prior agreement, it is possible to prepare one extra bed, for example for an older child or a third guest. Please contact us in advance.
Are children allowed?
Chalúpka Slnečnica is primarily intended as a romantic stay for two adults. By prior agreement, children are possible – one older child on an extra bed, or a younger child sleeping with parents on the main bed. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare the stay accordingly.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed only by prior agreement. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet with you.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is 2 nights. Shorter stays are possible only exceptionally and depending on availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need a different time, feel free to contact us – if possible, we will gladly accommodate you.

No. The sauna and hot tub are for your exclusive use only. There are no other guests on the property and nothing is shared.
How much time can we spend in the sauna and hot tub?
The wellness area is available unlimited throughout your entire stay. You can enjoy the sauna and hot tub at any time – day or night.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Clean bed linen, towels and bathrobes are included as part of your stay.
What amenities are available in the cabin?
The cabin offers everything needed for a comfortable stay: a large double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, TV (Netflix, VOYO, HBO), Wi-Fi and a kitchenette with basic equipment (double hot plate, refrigerator, kettle, pots, pans, plates and cutlery).

The stay is self-catering. Guests can choose their preferred dining option – cooking themselves or visiting nearby restaurants.
Can we cook in the cabin?
Yes. You can prepare simple meals directly in the cabin. The kitchenette is equipped with basic cookware and utensils.
Is there a restaurant nearby?
Yes. The nearest restaurant is approximately 5 minutes by car, and more dining options are available in the town of Brezno, about 10 minutes away.
Is food delivery available?
Yes. Food delivery from nearby restaurants (pizza, burgers, etc.) is available depending on current local services.
Reservation & Payments
How does the reservation process work?
The easiest way is to book your stay online through our reservation system using the “Book now” button on our website. After selecting a date, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. After making a reservation, payment is required according to the instructions in the reservation confirmation (card or bank transfer, depending on the system).
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. We always try to find a solution – rescheduling or cancellation according to the current cancellation policy stated in your confirmation.
Romantic Decoration & Gift Stays
Do you offer romantic decoration?
Yes. We offer custom romantic decoration for engagements, anniversaries, birthdays or special surprises. Decorations and small details are prepared according to the occasion.
How much does romantic decoration cost?
The usual price for romantic decoration is €50. The exact content (decorations, sweet surprises, flowers, candles) is adjusted based on your wishes.
How can I order romantic decoration?
Simply contact us in advance by phone or email and let us know the occasion. Everything will be prepared before your arrival.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You can purchase a gift voucher for a stay. Vouchers can be issued online via the “Gift Voucher” button.
How long is the gift voucher valid?
The voucher validity is shown during purchase. Typically, it is valid for several months up to one year.
Practical Information
Is access by car easy and where can we park?
Yes. The cabin is accessible by a passable access road and parking is available directly at the property. In winter, the road is regularly cleared to ensure access.
Is Wi-Fi and mobile signal available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available. Mobile signal quality is generally good, depending on the operator and weather conditions.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.
What should we bring with us?
Apart from personal items, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for nature and the season. Slnečnica will take care of the rest.
